Avoid personal pronouns like I, you, he, she and we. I is pushy, you is finger pointing, he and she are sexist and we is intimidating. So for example,
"we are recommending that you move off of the ___ platform..." becomes "moving off the ___ platform is recommended..."
"I examined your infrastructure and..." becomes "After a review of the infrastructure..."
